The week started off so good.
A little pool time with Pixi and Ms. Patsy, and some of our friends.
But I guess when you need rain in OK....you get it.
Along with 100 mph winds, which equals a category 2 hurricane.
So then your nice little relaxing pool days turn to this.....
Front yard tree we planted the summer we moved in.
This big one came down, which gave us the best shade by the pool on those hot summer days.

Unbelievable.
All my years in OK I have never heard anything like that. Of course, mom and dad pretty much slept through it and thankfully Lilly. I woke my mom up because we had no power (for 6 hours) and she was more than upset over what had happened. Our neighbors trampoline was found 10 houses down.....bad. So be careful what you wish for is the moral of this post I suppose.

Someone got her first pair of official Gap skinny jeans! She looks so long and lean in them.....I love that baby chub, I don't want it to go away. Little sassy thing! Had to have the skinny jeans like mommy she said. :)
So I'm also kind of obsessed with Instagram these days. I can't take a pic on my phone it seems without playing with all the cool pic types. So if you see a lot of fancy photos in the near future, I promise I will get bored with it eventually.
Nothing sweeter in my opinion than my sleeping angel.
With my lova. I had to take my Yankee boy to Fort Worth to Angelos (a-mazing) and to see some live music at The White Elephant. Have I mentioned how sweet he is? Or have I mentioned how brilliant he is and how is brain blows my mind? Mister cutie :)
