Well as a lot of you know, I am on the road to finishing up my real estate liscence here in TX. I am just waiting for the OK to sign up for my test then I am on my way. I just have to pick between two brokers, both great, but just need to pick......
Anyways, as much as this excites me and as much as I know I will love it, realistically I need a reliable income weekly. I have been offered a few jobs, but it is beyond important to me to keep Lilly out of the daycare system as long as I can. That's why real estate is so great, because you can make your own hours and be with your family when needed. It's not so great because there is no set income.
Sooooo....I GOT A JOB!! I am going to be teaching the four year old preschool class at a local church Monday through Thursday. But you know what the very best part is.....that my Lilly girl will be going with me! Yep, she will be in the three year old class starting in August, Monday through Thursday, just like mom. So we can go in together in the ams and come home together afterwards. Then Fridays we can spend playing and having fun! We will be done every day at 2:15 so this means I can still do my real estate on the weekends and after school if I can, but defnitely on the weekends.
I am SO HAPPY! SO BLESSED! I have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to come, but I have to be picky too because Lilly is just too important. Good things come to those who wait and this is going to be so good for us! I will get to see her throughout the day, and we will be going to Chapel together. So fun! I can't wait to see my kiddos in the Christmas play and at their graduation AND see my baby too!
