YUMMY Chicken and biscuits
-1 can cream of chicken soup
-3/4 cup sour cream, not fat free....this isn't the time to calorie count people...
-2 cups cooked chicken....I use a rotisserie
-1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen mixed veggies, thawed
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1 cup all-purpose baking mix
-3 T. milk
Heat oven to 375.
Mix soup and 1/2 cup sour cream, combine well. Add in chicken, veggies, and cheese.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Mix baking mix, remaining sour cream, and milk just until stiff dough forms.
Spoon into 6 mounds over chicken mixture. Bake 35 min. or until biscuits are golden brown and chicken mixture is hot and bubbly!
Now doesn't that sound good on a gloomy day? I would usually do a salad with it, but tonight, i'm just indulging and just doing this! Could be worse right...
Here is my sweet baby at 15 months as promised...
Love those big beautiful grey/blue/green/hazel eyes....crazy I know but they change every day!
I love this pic. So sweet in her jammies and her tiara. Little princess indeed.
Lilly's new wall applique came in and it looks adorable! We are going to hang it up tonight hopefully so i'll post pics when we do. I'm planning on hanging it above where her bed will be eventually, not where it is now up against the wall. Might look a little strange but oh well. I absolutely love doing all this girly decorating. Girls are too fun when it comes to clothes, accessories, PINK decor! I think if I ever had a boy I would do something super modern and funky. Love my girl though!
