So what else is a daddy to do with his little girl when mommy is away for a weekend but take her to Cabelas! Lilly and Clint enjoyed the weekend together while I was away for a not-so-fun funeral. Lilly was a little sick and puny so I was very hesitant to leave her but she did great! They went to Bass Pro, Cabelas, the pet store, and to McDonalds for happy meals. I think it was a great bonding time for them both, and also great for my hubby to get a glimpse into my daily life with a two year old. I had no idea that Cabelas would have all these stuffed animals for Lilly to see but I think she really loved it. I see another trip for them in the near future so I can get a pedi or something.
