I just realized that I haven't put any pics up of our newly renovated house! We are just loving everything and there will be more pics to come because the guys still aren't finished...so much for two weeks! Right now the big things we need done is to put the stone on the fireplace and put the runner on the stairs. There are so many little touch ups though with paint and cabinets and flooring. This is a project that hopefully will have an end in sight. I wanted to share with you some pics of what the house looked like when we went for our inspection....it was awful! I don't know how any one could live in a place looking like this! After a lot of hard work, and cash, we are so happy with our house!

This is looking down from the upstairs living room, uhhh, we still need to change this ugly fan too. 
And NOW!! New floors and kitchen are the big things but we have so much decorating and updating. We really love it!
Sorry about the blue tape on the cabinets. We had those little window panes put in and they messed up so I marked them so I wouldn't forget to tell them. We put in granite, tumbled marble backsplash, new sink, new appliances, antiqued the cabinets, and put new hardware. 
This is our island, which is usually covered in crap. We extended it so we could put bar stools for when we entertain. Clint and I have yet to make a decision on that. 
You can also see our gorgeous new floors!!! 
This whole thing started when we had the outside of the house painted and we painted the door black. I think it looks really nice with the dark wood floors. 
The wood goes all the way up into the den. They also antiqued the spindles and painted all the trim and doors. We are putting a runner on the stairs because they are so slippery. Makes me nervous with Lilly. 
We also put this carpet in Clint's office to make it a little more quiet. We really like the pattern and it looks very masculine in there!
