Wow, we've been busy!!

No pics again, I am still in OK with my parents (about to start my third week away from home). I miss Clint, my house, my bed, cooking, and all the little things about home! I can not wait to get back to what will look like a new home. As many of you know we had to get new floors because we had a water leak from our old fridge. Because we were going to have all this major work done, we decided to do some renovating on our own as well. Here's what we are having done...
-scrapped hardwoods throughout downstairs, upstairs, and stairway
-painted and antiqued kitchen cabinets, stair spindles, mantle, and all trim downstairs
-granite in kitchen
-tumbled marble backsplash
-carpet in office and master closet
-natural stone on fireplace replacing the ugly brick

That's a lot!!! They are really rushing to get it all done so Lilly and I can come home. The floors were the biggest deal and those are done! Clint said they look amazing.
So in the time that I have been away, we went to Florida and I went to Grand Lake with Sarah and the babies. Too much fun at Grand Lake, love the house and Sarah's parents could not have been more nice. Can not wait to go back this summer when it is warmer!
On to Lilly....at the lake we had some new and not so good developments. We were all outside on the back patio and Sarah went inside for something and Lilly was on her way downstairs with her blankie and Lucy. She somehow got out of her pack and play! Scary! We got back to Edmond where my mom has a crib and sure enough she got out of that too! The railing only comes up to her shoulders but her little legs are so long so it's super easy for her apparently! $70 later, we are now the proud owners of a crib tent. I'll tell you, it's a little disturbing to put your child in what looks like something you would see in bass pro shops, but hey it works!!! On top of all of that excitement, she came down with double ear infections in both ears! Poor baby! Now we have a cough and a runny nose, I am so ready for this horrible season to be over!
Tonight we have Cody and Penny's reception in Norman and tomorrow we are celebrating St. Patricks day. Should be fun. I have so many pics to put up but I can't upload them on my mom's computer so you will just have to wait. Tons of adorable ones of Lilly! We are shooting for me to be at home by next weekend. We'll see how that goes....
