Today the granite was installed and from the few pics i've seen it looks amazing! With the creamy, antiqued cabinets and scrapped hardwoods it just looks amazing. We also got all new stainless appliances....ahhhh!! I'm just so excited I could scream! I just wish I could upload the stupid pics! Everyone get ready because when I get home it's going to be picture overload. We are still shooting for me coming home this weekend. Tomorrow they are putting in the backsplash and microwave and finishing up trim and stuff. Every night I can't wait for my update because it is coming along so quickly!
Today I took Lilly girl to the zoo, she had a blast. Today it was about 76 degrees here and sunny and just gorgeous. Apparently every one had the same idea about the zoo because I seriously think the entire state of OK was there. We had such a good time though. Lilly can make so many animal noises so it was really fun for her to see them up close. She looooooved the monkeys!!!
She has really started to amaze me over the past few weeks. She is so into anything and everything that I do. She loves accessories....jewelry, hats, shoes, all that fun girly stuff! I can't even go into Target anymore without stopping by the dollar bins to give her bunny ears, or hats and jewelry. It is just precious to me! She is always wearing my shoes around and she almost has a meltdown today when I showed her some sparkly shoes and put them back. She wanted them so badly so we decided we had to get them and they could be her Easter shoes! She will also get all dressed up and go show everyone and say "prettttty." It just melts my heart......I love her so....
Tonight we watched Dancing with the Stars, which is one of her favs, and we have both decided that we like Melissa. Lilly jumped out of my lap and started really getting down when she went on so that's who we're rooting for! Pics to come soon, I hope!
