SOOOO EXCITED!!
Congrats to Nick and Lauren on getting engaged!!!! I got the phone call when I was standing in the kitchen with my mom, Emma, and Lilly and immediately started crying and screaming. They thought someone had died!! Then they started crying and jumping around....soooo happy!! This has been a loooong time coming and I am so happy to have her officially added to our family. She even got one of my grandmother's diamonds, lucky girl! She had been in NYC all week for work, unlocked the door and Nick was standing there with the ring. Lots of rose petals and candles....he's such a romantic! Plus, he videotaped every part leading up to the proposal, from getting the ring to asking her daddy! AHHH!!! Let the planning begin....engagement party and showers, YEP!! So, so happy, and can't wait for a big, fat family wedding!!
