I walked in as Molly D. and walked out with my maiden name. It has been a long time coming, and I don't know why I put it off so long. It's such a pain to change everything over and just put it off I suppose. But wow, I feel great! One less thing to make me connected to him and his family. It feels like a weight has been lifted off my chest and I can finally breathe! So next week I just have to change every single thing in my life over to my new name, but it will be well worth it. New name, new beginnings, that's how I'm looking at it!
