Day 11: A recent picture taken of you.
Well since I am not really in the business of taking pics of myself, I don't have a recent one. I mostly spend my time taking pics of Lilly girl these days, maybe some with friends, but mostly Lilly. As many of you know I am just starting my first year teaching Pre-K! This week has been a whirlwind of conferences, training, lesson plans, and finally decorating the room. I took these pics today before meet the teacher....
Here are my centers/ work tables. I did a lot more after this was finished.....but we were so busy that this is all I had time to snap. The bulletin board that says "walking with Jesus" is going to be soooo cute!! Today I had all the mommies trace the kid's feet and we are going to put all their feet up there for Monday am. I so wish I had better pics, because it really looks cute. I'll have to take some better ones before it gets torn apart come Monday am with my kiddos!
My aide was vacuuming and I had a split second so please ignore the cord. The green face is going to be for calendar and the heart is going to be a kindness heart, where the children will get to post their names if they do something kind. It's going to look a lot cuter Monday am, but I think it looks good! I am one of the few new teachers at the school who is a first-time teacher so I don't have all the loot that the other girls have built up over the years. Lilly's classroom is adorable too! We are so blessed, beyond belief!
So I don't have a recent pic of me, but this is me now, a teacher and finally being able to say "look what I did"!! All my kids are precious and I can not wait to see what this year has in store for us as a class!
