I was going through old posts, and I almost deleted a few. However, i'm keeping them. They were times in my life that I want to forget, but I can look back on those low moments and think, wow, I overcame a lot.
Right now I have some HUGE opportunities coming up! I am so amazed at God's grace and how he continues to bless me daily. I was thinking today that sometimes we question why we have to go through struggles in our lives and sometimes we even wonder what God is thinking doing this to us. But I am done with those days. I was upstairs sewing away today and I thought, I learned how to sew completely on my own, no lessons, and look what i've accomplished! I have a small business that continues to grow and I am amazed everyday that people like my stuff! I felt in that moment that God was showing me I can do things in my life, on my own, without someone else, with no guidance besides His. This thought makes me smile! I have a huge job opportunity that will enable me the flexibility that I wanted, plus allow me some time to do just custom orders because sewing has become my passion. I can't say right now what it is, but I will as soon as I can.
I am taking my blog off private because I have been getting a lot of emails from friends saying they still can't access it. I changed it to keep people away from me, away from taking things out of context and therefore causing bigger messes than they will ever know. But now, I could really care less if they read it or not. Change is coming and I couldn't be happier!
So, now that you've heard my schpeel for the day, let me show you some pics of my REAL happiness. Little Lilly love.....
Lilly's first official ponytail!! Proud moment for us ladies! This will become a staple when you're a mommy someday little girl.
