Calling all wanna be cooks like me, this is super easy and sooooooo delicious! I tried one and i'm telling ya it's make you slap your momma good! HA!! Plus, it's a super easy recipe, i'm all about easy fun these days! Here it is, get a pen, write it down, make them tonight, and thank me later....
Peanuty butterscotch mounds
1 entire jar of smuckers all natural peanut butter, stirred well
1 bag butterscotch chips
1 bag white chocolate chips
1 small bag of chopped nuts
3 bags crushed ramen noodles
Over medium heat, combine the peanut butter, butterscotch, and white chocolate. Melt and stir well. Be careful, don't burn it. Add in the chopped nuts, stir. Add in ramens, about one bag at a time. Combine well.
Spoon small mounds on wax paper. They take a while to mold, but sticking them in the fridge helps.
