A blogging break.
So I just realized that I have been on a little blogging break. I have been so, freaking, busy. Lilly's birthday is coming up next Sunday, the 16th (tear), but her party will be Saturday the 22nd. I sent out almost 40 invitations. Crazy? Yes. However, I really wanted to have a big party for Lilly this year. When I sat at my kitchen table addressing all these precious invitations to everyone, I guess I forgot that parents, other siblings, friends boyfriends, etc...would all be coming as well. It's going to be fine. Am I totally out of my mind for inviting 25 plus children to my house? Yes. Will I need a vacation after wards? Yes. So, I've been busy planning. On top of that, I decided to totally revamp my house. This is all fine and dandy, however, anyone who knows me knows that I am quite the perfectionist and a party has to be borderline perfect so everything I want done to my house needs to be done by 10/22. My mom and friends have made me realize that this is most definitely not going to happen. It's kind of an obsession for me to have perfect food, drinks, decorations, outfits......It will be great though, anything for my sweet almost FOUR year old :)
